School Community Councils (SCC) School Website Requirements Guide
What is required:
Public meeting notices and agendas must be posted in a publicly accessible area in your school’s administrative office and on your school’s internet website at least six (6) calendar days before your SCC meeting
Public meeting minutes must be posted in a publicly accessible area in your school’s administrative office and on your school’s internet website on a timely basis

Other considerations for your SCC webpage:
Meeting notices: include the day, time, and location of the meeting. If using a virtual format, include the virtual meeting link and corresponding access information, such as a password.
Meeting minutes: post the minutes before the next SCC meeting. If not yet approved, include a note that the minutes are in draft form or are pending approval.
