Parent’s/Guardian’s Agreement

I want my child to achieve, and I will encourage her/him by doing the following:

• See that my child attends school regularly and on time;

• Communicate regularly with our teachers;

• Attend conferences/meetings for my child;

• Volunteer in my child’s classroom when possible;

• Encourage and be aware of my child’s learning;

• Provide positive use of extra-curricular time;

• Participate in decisions related to the education of my child.

Student’s Agreement

I will do my best by doing the following:

• Attend school on time with a positive attitude about learning;

• Complete daily homework;

• Turn in all assignments on time;

• Follow classroom and school rules.

Administrator’s Agreement

All students can learn, and I will do the following:

Provide a supportive environment for effective communication between students, parents, and teachers.

• Ensure teachers have a viable curriculum to meet the needs of all students;

• Ensure teachers use effective instructional techniques and strategies;

• Ensure teachers assess student learning according to the State standards;

• Ensure that the learning environment is safe and engaging;

• Ensure that KES staff communicates professionally and effectively with parents, students, and community members.
